Guanggzhou Panyu Shenning Metal & Electronic Limited Company was founded in 1998.It has three parts:Shenning Metal and plastic cement factory,Xinmeijia carrier tape factory,and Wangci electron factory.
 Shenning Metal and Plastic cement Factory is profession in producing ：
(A)the wiring end of hoop、Lead Frame、and Clip for inductor,and transformer,other metal parts.
(B) plastic and phenolic moulding parts,such as SMD Base ,SMD Bobbin and other injection products.
(C)fittings: CASE,BASE and HOLDER.
Xinmeijia Carrier Tape Factory is special in making the products for package,such as carrier tape,cover tape,reel. Its technology is quite different from others. The quality is fine, stable and it has a complete range of standards .It is well received by most of the customers. The equipment for carrier tape production is over 20.
Panyu Wangci Electron Factory mainly do giving silver and electroplating for SMD magnetic core.We use advanced equipments and the technology of giving silver. We are special in making a complete set process for magnetic core factories .The ability of the factory is great and it can have over 20000KPCS each month. The quality is fine,stable and the electric specific is sure to be stable. The products without lead after they are given silver can pass the SGS examination and can meet the need of keeping the environment in the world.

The developing course ：
 1998.6 It was first founded in Xiaopin Industory Area, Shiqiao Panyu Guangzhou. The main products were cases and hardware fittings
2001.11 As the company developed,the factory moved to Xiaowu Industry Area in Yuwotou Town Panyu.The area was 300m2and in the same year Xinmeijia Carrier Tape Factory was founded. Carrier tape ,cover tape, reel were specially made
2003.5 Wangci Electron Factory was founded.It mainly give silver and electroplating for SMD magnetic core. A complete set is specially done for magnetic core factories.
2003.6 Hardware workshops were augmented. High speed punching machines were introduced from Taiwan. SMD hardware wiring ends and some small fitting were made specially
2005.3 Shenning Mould Plastic branches were built . Precise mould plastic machines were introduced from Taiwan in making BASE,BOBBIN.It was widely used in SMD inductance and transformer.
2006.3 Panyu Shilou Product Base will be built and its area will be 9000m2. Wangci electron Factory and Xinmeijia Carrier Tape Factory will be moved inside the base . We shall enlarge our reproduction. Meanwhile the electroplating producing line has got identified by the department of enviorment protection. |
